Desk note

profile

Digital assets operator and trader. For the past few years I've worked alongside some of the best traders in the industry at Credo, first on the prop desk and now running business operations, while trading my own account.

I run much of what the outside world sees of the firm: the daily briefing, Credo's X account, the Credo Wire news feed, marketing strategy and execution, and long-form research that gets Credo ready for TradFi institutions as perps and real-world assets go mainstream.

Markets came after operations. I've traded since 2019, starting with options on US and Indian equities, and before that co-founded a grocery business in India that reached $2M ARR and a team of 70+ before a full exit.

Business Operations Lead

Credo · digital assets arm of ARB Trading Group, a TradFi derivatives prop firm · Remote · 2025 – now

  • Run Credo Wire with a team of the desk's traders. Once the infrastructure on Nimbex, Credo's proprietary execution software, was ready for traders, we opened its news feed up as a marketing channel, delivering headlines often ahead of major outlets such as AGGR and Tree News, and grew Credo's Telegram channel and X following on the back of it.
  • Solely responsible for Credo's X account: daily briefs, market insights and regular short-form nuggets. Developed Nimbex marketing around quick charting tools on Discord, Telegram and similar platforms.
  • Solely responsible for the firm-wide daily market briefing: thousands of developments cut down to the few that matter, with every headline and number verified.
  • Set marketing strategy and execution, from posts to long-form research articles that position Credo for TradFi institutions as perps and real-world assets expand.
  • Built the firm's institutional investor funnel from scratch in HubSpot, and run the website's careers page and applicant pipeline.
  • Give the Nimbex developers regular feedback and improvement suggestions from the desk's side. Billions in volume have traded on it ahead of its public launch.
  • Trade my own account alongside the role.

Still holding.

Event 6 · Dec 2022 – 2025

Proprietary Futures Trader

Credo · Dec 2022 – 2025

  • Traded a wide set of Binance futures pairs, reading volatility regimes to switch between trend-following, mean reversion, long/short and sector rotation.
  • Managed funded capital under strict drawdown limits, using institutional execution tools to control risk and slippage.
  • Lead researcher for the desk's internal updates: overnight narrative shifts, token launches and sector rotations.
  • Wrote market updates for the firm's Substack, turning altcoin setups and macro drivers into clear takeaways.

Funded capital. Strict drawdown limits. Katana stays sheathed.

Co-owner & Investment Analyst

6arz OÜ · Tallinn, Estonia · Sep 2019 – now

  • Traded options on US and Indian equities and indices with discretionary strategies, growing seed capital 8x in six months.

Credo

Credo Wire & Credo on X

Once the infrastructure on Nimbex, Credo's execution software, was ready for the desk, a small team of us opened its real-time news layer to the public as Credo Wire. It often lands headlines before the major crypto news outlets, and it grew Credo's Telegram channel and X following.

On X
Daily briefs, market insights and short-form nuggets, run solely by me.
Distribution
Credo Wire, the X account and quick charting tools on Discord and Telegram, used together as the marketing engine.

Credo

Research for TradFi readers

Long-form pieces (3,000–5,000 words) that explain crypto-native instruments through traditional finance analogies, written for the institutions Credo wants to reach. The current piece looks at pre-IPO perpetual futures on Hyperliquid: how they track sentiment and direction ahead of a listing, and why volatility rises as they converge with the exchange's indicative price.

Process
Brief first, agreed with the team, then a sourced research file, then drafting with charts built from verified on-chain data.
Daily briefing
A morning card covering headlines, ETF flows, market breadth, the biggest gainers and losers, and upcoming catalysts.

Own account

Personal execution strategy

A strategy I designed for my own trading. It holds inventory in coins I'm bullish on, with resting bids and offers sized to recent volatility, aiming to keep most of the upside with a much smaller drawdown than simply holding.
